Price policy
How pricing, payment, exchanges, cancellations and refunds work.
All prices are shown on the Tickets page in euro. Passes are sold first come, first served, and payment is due within 14 days after your registration has been accepted. Prices increase step by step as each price tier sells out. The price at the moment of acceptance applies: if you come off the waiting list, the price at the time you confirm your attendance applies.
Exchange
A paid or unpaid registration can be exchanged by the buyer for the same role (all passes) and level (Full and weekend passes).
Cancellation
A registration can be cancelled without giving a reason until payment has been completed on both sides. Once a registration has been paid, no cancellation or refund is possible, whatever the circumstances on the buyer’s side. Registrations that aren’t paid within the given time are cancelled automatically; a new registration at the current prices is then needed to still join the event.
Refund
If we are unable to hold the event, you receive a full refund (excluding all payment transaction costs) through the payment system used for your registration, at the latest one month after the official event dates. No other refund policy applies.
